Help and support
Write to admin@blobleague.com about anything: a problem in the game, your account, a purchase, or your data. We reply by email.
So we can help the first time, tell us:
- your player name;
- what happened, and roughly when;
- your phone or tablet, and whether it is Android or iPhone;
- a screenshot, if you have one.
Someone is in danger
If someone is in danger right now, call your local emergency number: 999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU. Then report the player in the game, so we can act too.
Reporting a player
Open the player's profile, for example by tapping their name in chat, then tap Report and pick the reason that fits. We read every report.
Suspended or muted
The game tells you why and until when. If you think we got it wrong, write to admin@blobleague.com from the email on your account, or with your player name. Someone who did not make the decision looks at it again, and we answer within a week.
Purchases and refunds
Stardust is bought through the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are made by them: ask Apple or Google, and tell us if anything you bought did not arrive.
Your account and your data
In the game, the Account card has Download my data and Delete account. You can also delete your account on this website. The Privacy Policy says what we keep and why.
For parents and guardians
A child who is too young to agree to the use of their data themselves (under 13 in the UK and the US) plays with some things turned off: chat, their own name and bio, friend requests, starting a club and paying real money. To turn them on, the child taps Ask a parent in the game and types your email address. A company called Kids Web Services writes to you and checks that you are an adult, and you then say yes or no on this website.
You can change your mind at any time: in the game, under Menu > Account > Parent or guardian, or by writing to admin@blobleague.com from the address you gave permission from. You can also ask to see what we hold about your child's account, or have it deleted. The Privacy Policy says more, under "Children".
Is the game down?
Game status shows whether the game is running, and says when we are taking a break for maintenance.
